Welcome to the MR. PIZZA mobile application (“App”), operated by MR. PIZZA (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our App, you (“you” or “User”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users who are 18 years or older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Services Provided

The MR. PIZZA allows users to:

  • View the menu and products available in our store
  • Place orders for products
  • Track the status of their orders
  • Track the assigned delivery personnel

Important: All payments are cash on delivery (COD). The App does not process online payments.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and ordering
  • Provide a valid delivery address and contact number
  • Make payment in cash at the time of delivery
  • Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms

You are responsible for any misuse or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Order and Delivery

  • Orders are subject to product availability.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and other factors.
  • You must pay the delivery personnel in cash at the time of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, or third-party delivery issues).

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Since all payments are cash on delivery, refunds are applicable only if a product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • You must report any issues to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Cancellation of orders is only possible before the order is dispatched for delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the App, including images, logos, text, and designs, is the property of MR. PIZZA.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR. PIZZA is not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the App
  • Delays, errors, or inaccuracies in product availability or delivery
  • Any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of the App

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted in the App with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Punjab/Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of local courts.
